Welcome to DADA.
We’re an independent bottle shop, market, and tasting bar for the modern LA kitchen. Founded by former free range kids of the 70s + 80s, DADA reflects the first generation kitchens of our SoCal childhood friends; Cuban, Vietnamese, Korean, Mexican, Persian, Turkish Ethiopian, Lebanese, and Armenian (for starters).
We keep our shelves stocked with food + drink from small producers. From local bread and Spanish chocolate, to Lebanese wine, Palestinian olive oil, local charcuterie, and pantry items from every culture we can find, our hearts lie in offering an elevated culinary vibe for Echo Park palettes.
Our tasting bar invites neighbors to stop + visit. Customers can sit and enjoy Little Fish eats, sip market purchases, savour wine club tastings and discover food pop-ups.
